• This item is part of a pre-order and is expected to ship to our customers in early to  mid February.

• The list price does not include shipping. If choosing "pick-up" instead of shipping, you will receive an email with details on where and when pick-up will occur within two business days of placing your order.

• A Braille tag will be sewn into every outfit unless you specify in the "add a note" section of your cart or at checkout that you would not like one.

• All sales are final—once the order is placed and paid. We cannot adjust your order once it has been processed.

• Your "preorder" ships to A Beautiful Sight, then to you. "Ready to ship" orders will be sent out within 2 business days of approved purchase.

• We do not allow exchanges or returns unless there is a manufacturer defect upon receiving your order. This must be reported within 7 days of your order being delivered.
